1- Production Efficiency- Achieve and maintain production efficiency targets, measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, Productivity and Schedule adherence 2- Quality Performance- Ensure that product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations, with a focus on reducing defects and rework rates. 3- Cost Reduction- Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs while maintaining quality standards using by TIMWOOD (wastage elimination) 4- Safety Compliance- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees, with zero incidents or accidents as per HIRA (Hazards identify and Risk analysis) 5- Inventory Management- Manage inventory levels to minimize stock outs and excess inventory, improving inventory turnover ratios. 6- Maintenance operations-Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & reliability & Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same 7- Time Management- Overseeing all process such as cycle time, std process time, Motion study, takt time, capacity planning as per schedule 8- Team Development- Develop and empower production staff through training and performance feedback, resulting in a highly skilled and motivated workforce. 9- Customer Satisfaction- Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
