Assistant Manager (Costing & Finance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with strong expertise in costing and cost control systems. The role involves validating manufacturing process costing, stock valuation of raw materials, and preparation of profitability by model parts. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard costs, preparing SOPs for cost control, and managing transitions to new standard cost systems. Additional responsibilities include conducting cost reduction measurement analysis, developing metrics and tracking systems for major cost drivers, and ensuring accurate MIS related to direct manufacturing areas. The position requires strong knowledge of product costing, batch costing, and other costing methodologies to support efficiency and profitability improvements.
