Senior Executive – Automotive Electronics Parts Production (Assembly Line)

Job Description:

The Senior Executive is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the electronics parts assembly line for automotive products. This role ensures efficient production, adherence to quality standards, optimization of resources, and continuous improvement to meet delivery and cost targets. The candidate will oversee SMT line production, monitor output and efficiency metrics, coordinate manpower planning, and ensure strict compliance with SOPs. Additional responsibilities include driving process improvement initiatives, managing inventory and equipment, supervising teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining production documentation and reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SMT, PCB assembly, ESD control, and IPC-A-610 soldering standards Familiarity with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems Strong leadership and team management skills Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and documentation skills
